Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Kibreeze website. The website presents experiences, accommodation and packages in Kribi, and lets you prepare a trip request sent to Kibreeze via WhatsApp. It does not allow online payment or booking. Using the website means you accept these terms.

Indicative prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), the reference currency. They are indicative: they may vary with the season, availability, group size or the options chosen. The euro equivalent is calculated at the fixed parity between the CFA franc and the euro (€1 = 655.957 FCFA) and is given for information only. Some services are offered “on request”: their price is set during the exchange with Kibreeze.

Estimate and booking request

The estimate shown on the website is an indicative calculation that binds neither you nor Kibreeze. Sending a request on WhatsApp is not a booking: a booking only exists once Kibreeze has explicitly confirmed it, and Kibreeze then gives you the final price and the terms of the service (deposit, cancellation, what is included). For accommodation, Kibreeze searches for and books on your behalf a place matching the budget you indicated.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website fairly, without harming its operation or the rights of others. Kibreeze may change the website, its content or its prices at any time.

Liability

Kibreeze strives to publish accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that the website is always available. Kibreeze’s liability for a service is governed by the terms confirmed at the time of booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Cameroon have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
